Bout of Books – A Read-a-Thon Daily Vlogs!

May 12, 2013 Read-a-Thon, Update 6

Readers in Wonderland is participating the Bout of Books Read-a-Thon 7.0!

Bout of BooksThe Bout of Books read-a-thon is organized by Amanda @ On a Book Bender and Kelly @ Reading the Paranormal. It is a week long read-a-thon that begins 12:01am Monday, May 13th and runs through Sunday, May 19th in whatever time zone you are in. Bout of Books is low-pressure, and the only reading competition is between you and your usual number of books read in a week. There are challenges, giveaways, and a grand prize, but all of these are completely optional. For all Bout of Books 7.0 information and updates, be sure to visit the Bout of Books blog.

Unfortunately, Bec won’t be participating because she has got a lot on her plate at university! Since I already graduated, I have no life so what better way to spend this week than reading as much as I can? I have made a list of books that I hope I will get through this week-but will most likely not be reading all of them! There is also a video form if you would rather watch than read. I will be posting daily vlogs for this challenge on the YouTube channel.

Let The Sky Fall by Shannon Messenger
Triangles by Kimberly Ann Miller
The Different Girl by Gordon Dahlquist
The Sweet Revenge of Celia Door by Karen Finneyfrock
Scrap by Emory Sharplin
My two Book Jar picks were Sarah Dessen and Stephen King so I have also picked:

Dreamland by Sarah Dessen
The Girl Who Loved Tom Gordon by Stephen King

It’s short? I didn’t know that, it’s kind of difficult to picture since most of his novels are long. Isn’t there a movie about it though? Lol, I’m talking about Stephen King’s book
This seems like fun but I don’t think I could join a week long read a thon right now. I don’t know how many books I could read, I feel like I’ll get easily distracted and end up reading one book.
    Have fun!

I’m really interested in Triangles too, purely because of the bit about the Bermuda Triangle! I’ve been wanting to read Let the Sky Fall for ages too. Good luck :D
