My Auto-Buy Authors (well, 5 of them)

April 8, 2018 Discussion 24

This post was originally going to be a list of some of my autobuy authors and a bit of a discussion of why I love them and need to buy all their books. But you know what, I’m going to be lazy. Instead of explaining why I enjoy these authors so much, I’m just going to share pretty pictures of their novels.

Well at least, I planned to be lazy. And then I actually got busy with moving and have barely had time for anything since soooooooo……

You might notice that I don’t own all the books for some of these authors. Shhhhh I’m slowly collecting them.

    Such pretty books :)

I only have one auto-buy author these days. Neil Gaiman (novels, not so much his picture books…although I do own a few lol)

I have a few authors on my autobuy list. Julie Kagawa, J.R.R. Tolkien, and Cassandra Clare. I don’t have them all just yet, but just like you I am slowly collecting them all.

      You really do!!

I haven’t read enough J.K Rowling or John Green to be sold on them yet. I’ve been meaning to check some Gillian Flynn books too

Great list. Your pics are really nice. A lot of time and effort went into them no doubt. My auto-buy authors are probably Brandon Sanderson and Kevin J. Anderson.

SJM is also one of my auto-buy authors! O.O I would literally buy anything she writes because even if it’s not specifically fantasy, I’m pretty sure it would still be amazing.

Your pictures are so pretty! THE LITTLE PAPER STARS!!! AHH! Great List!
    Happy Reading. :D

Her writing is just so much fun!

I lost a lot of my small stars when I moved and I miss them so much

Great post! I have read a bunch of authors in my 15 years of life due to my social life being inactive. However, I have found a couple authors that I will give my sword to and stand by them to read their unfinished manuscripts for the rest of my life. These authors are Cassandra Clare, Rick Riordan, Leigh Bardugo, George Orwell(if he was still alive), and Marissa Meyer. I would also auto-buy some of Sarah J. Maas’ works but I am falling out of the Throne of Glass series, so I do not know. Have a great day!

Thanks! Bardugo and Meyer are on my list too!! I’m still working on Riordan’s stuff.
